To be truly effective, we build that relationship on trust and communication, giving you confidence that we always act with integrity to do what is right.
Proactive
We are passionate about injury prevention and long-term optimal health. To achieve this, we don’t wait for injuries to develop and become chronic, we are proactive in our approach to deliver early intervention outside of the treatment room. We are not a treatment provider for you to become dependent on, but more of a coach to assist and empower you with the knowledge, tools and opportunities to successfully live a healthy life.

Alastair Wheaton
Owner / Principal Physiotherapist
Alastair is a highly skilled physiotherapist who has over 14 years’ experience working with a wide range of clients and presenting conditions, across a broad range of settings including occupational rehabilitation & return to work, injury prevention & early intervention, clinical musculoskeletal & sports, health & wellbeing, and NDIS & community health.
Alastair embodies our values of caring for our clients and customers, always acting with integrity, being proactive and achieving outcomes. He is passionate about helping people and empowering them to be able to help themselves. Alastair loves to take on a challenge, and outside of work he enjoys sport, music and having a laugh with family and friends.
Alastair is also a successful Team Leader, Service Manager, Product Developer, Customer Relationship and Business Manager. He has attention to detail and is committed to high quality services. Alastair is a dedicated member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APAM) and the APA Occupational physiotherapy group.
